ColomboSky started with the support of the European Space Agency incubation programme and is now growing. We develop robust and reliable satellite-based water quality monitoring services. Measuring and forecasting a wide range of ocean parameters over large spatial scales, we reduce the impact of environmental risks and we aim at improving the performance of aquaculture production.
ColomboSky is looking for a new member of the business team in charge for:
- Generate leads, new customer accounts and interact with prospective customers
- Collect and summarise customer feedback to inform the generation of product requirements and add value to the current product line
- Customer success: track and ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues and communicate to relevant stakeholders
- Support marketing and sales operations: press release generation, online content update
Requested skills and qualifications:
- Strong empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, positive, engaging, upbeat
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Curiosity for the application of advanced remote sensing methodologies and machine learning to ocean monitoring
- Fluent English
- Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
Additional preferred skills:
- Bachelor or master degree in business or marketing
- Additional language: Spanish
- Basic understanding or curiosity for ocean science
- Basic knowledge of the aquaculture market
